About this season
Miami Ink brings together a brotherhood of tattoo artists. They learned their craft together as apprentices in South Beach. Then they went their separate ways. From Los Angeles to New York, all have become renowned artists with celebrity clientele that wait months to be inked by the masters. Now, 10 years later, they're coming home. Back to the place where it all began, South Beach, to open a tattoo shop together, live together and teach their traditions to a new generation.

Ami must get on board with Nunez idea of finding a new shop for Miami Ink, due to unforeseen chaos, and Darren's unexpected return from an extended vacation brings joy to the shop.

Miami Ink's new manager Dre, needs to pass her certification test before she can work at the shop. Darren announces he has a new fiancé and that she is pregnant with his child.

Ami offers to babysit so that a frazzled Yoji can spend a day at lunch with his wife, but finds it hard to relax.
4. House Hunting

Yoji comes down with a nasty skin condition, needing medical attention. Garver tries his hand at fixing Yoji up, but the job calls for professional assistance. A mysterious odor overtakes the shop, and the guys put Baby Dre on the job.
5. Ami Animates

Ami teaches an art class at Miami Children's hospital and brings the kid's drawings to life through animation. Baby Dre takes Yoji shopping for some tight, tight jeans and Ami and Nunez can hardly believe the results.
6. Blast Off!

The crew's on the move. Ami, Nunez, Darren and Dre head out to Cape Canaveral to see the space shuttle launch, discovering that traveling in an RV isn't exactly \"luxury!\"They almost miss the launch because Nunez points them in the wrong direction!

Nunez gives back to mom, buying her a house and helps out with the move. Ami has a lesson in Jujitsu with a group of young martial artists. Garver tattoos an admirer from Italy. Tim and Nunez give brothers some matching scars.

The gang are refused entrance on the golf course because they're not dressed appropriately. After a updating their attire, they hit the links only to have it turn into a showdown, Miami Ink style.

Ever since the episode "Blast Off", Dre has felt like she's not part of the team since her name is the only one not up on the shop's window. Darren helps a woman honor the loss of her husband with an unusual tattoo.

Yoji and Darren can't agree on the designs for a tattoo-based baby clothing line. While Ami tattoos a cherry blossom on Vanessa to get over a hard relationship.
11. New Orleans Special

Ami was invited to post-Katrina New Orleans by one of the disaster relief workers. So the crew decide to take up the offer and become guest artists at their friend's tattoo shop, Eye Candy, thereby helping to revitalize the local economy by encouraging the spending of a lot of tourist money.
