Episode synopsis

Kuroda tries to abscond with the billion yen, leaving Bad Organization in the lurch. BAD is not fooled, however, and sends its "Debt Collector". Detective K must face this new robotic threat, while trying to prove himself a capable cop to Detective Shiba.

A scientist builds a humanoid robot detective complete with human-like personality to fight a band of murdering robots created and led by her crazed brother.
