About this season
Following the nurses of Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth. In each episode, viewers will see the heart-warming highs and lows of the ever-demanding role. The nurses work across multiple areas of the hospital where they treat both male and female patients from a range of age groups and their day-to-day involves dressing major surgical wounds, family liaison, urgently moving patients to theatre, blood transfusions, chest drains and much more.
