Responding to a call about a man who has gone into anaphylactic shock after consuming peanuts, Paramedic Alex and Special Constable Dan attempt to stabilise him as his airways close. Special Constable Rebecca and Paramedic Mark are called to a domestic incident where a woman has stabbed a man and smashed up a flat, police attempt to trace the subject while the victim is tended to.

In Dartford RU team Special Constable Roisin and Paramedic Katy are called to the scene of a suspected terrorist bomb, in a busy shopping centre. Elsewhere in Medway, Special Sergeants Dean and Ben deal with a knife fight, where the instigator of the fight is carrying a machete and puts up resistance to a search, causing a difficult arrest. Returning from golf, a man driving on a Kent lane loses control of his car, ploughing into a telegraph pole and bringing down a suspected live wire above the road. After a woman falls and hits her head in the middle of a main road, Paramedic Kat and Special Officer Jack treat her and suspect she may have a bleed on the brain.
