About this season
A comedy about the actors of an "on call" casting agency who are dispatched to productions in order to fulfill diversity quotas, often finding themselves cast in the roles they least expect.

Battered and bruised after intense fight training, Sammie wonders why she's at the same place as her former On Call Casting colleagues. Her parents tell her the shocking truth about The Phoenix.

Sammie goes to extreme lengths for social media likes, but it's hard to beat Vasant's Bollywood following. The studio's last-minute pivot rankles Vasant and Betty goes to the studio to fight for him, but is interrupted by disturbing news.

In an attempt at allyship, the studio recasts the lead role of The Phoenix and holds an Inclusivity Session. With Sammie thrown under the bus, Betty pulls all of her On Call Casting actors from the show.

Sammie and her friends protest the studio and the fallout has huge consequences for AAA Studios.
