Episode synopsis
WING asks WONG what kind of a person SHUI is and learns that he has quite a lot bad habits. WING later sees a prostitute pulling and dragging SHUI. WING advises LIN not to go out with SHUI, only to be told off by her for being nosy. WOON, who has overheard their conversation, has come up with an idea. WOON makes an appointment with SHUI. He gives SHUI a check and tells him to marry LIN as soon as possible. SHUI finds the check very attractive. SHUI, who is mean all his life, sells his sweet soup for free. On the other hand, he also tells WONG that he has leukemia. To fulfill his last will, LIN promises to marry him, to which SHUI is overjoyed. WOON orders WONG to send sandwiches to WING, who is having a meeting with a big client of his, so as to do harm to the relationship between the father and son. WING shows WONG the door when he finds a tortoise in the sandwiches……

Life Made Simple is a TVB modern drama series broadcast in October 2005. The series is shown to celebrate TVB's 38th Anniversary. The series is an indirect sequel to 2002's Square Pegs. The main cast features Roger Kwok, Jessica Hsuan, and Leila Tong from the original series and new cast including Bosco Wong, and Paul Chun. The indirect sequel takes place in the modern era instead of the ancient setting of its prequel.
