Episode synopsis
CHUNG discloses to reporters that he is going to build an entertainment center in Macau. On the other hand, WING does not agree to his plan. He even tells the press that the plan has nothing to do with CHUNG’s Company. The father and son relationship gets worse. LUNG blames WONG for not ambitious enough but being playful all the time. WONG determines to become a sweet dumplings master. LUNG tells SA to go to a betting branch to place a bet for him and his friends. LUNG has won 70,000 dollars. He goes to SA for the raffle ticket, but she cannot find it everywhere. LUNG accuses her of swallowing the money and spending it on an expensive handbag. SA cries she has been wronged. Mr. LUK, who is from Shanghai, has come to Hong Kong. He invites SHING and FUNG to go to the USA for better development. SHING is tempted; while FUNG turns him down, saying that family is her priority. FUNG takes SHING, who is drunk, home……

Life Made Simple is a TVB modern drama series broadcast in October 2005. The series is shown to celebrate TVB's 38th Anniversary. The series is an indirect sequel to 2002's Square Pegs. The main cast features Roger Kwok, Jessica Hsuan, and Leila Tong from the original series and new cast including Bosco Wong, and Paul Chun. The indirect sequel takes place in the modern era instead of the ancient setting of its prequel.
