In Garbatella, the Cesaronis start over, reconnecting with new relationships and old scores. Giulio holds together the house and the wine shop, amidst debts and a new business partner. Marco juggles Virginia, little Adriano, and Marta's return. Mimmo makes his debut at school as a special education teacher, while Rudi works as a janitor. Between responsibilities and mistakes, they learn to start over.

Mimmo makes his debut as a special education teacher at school: Stefania is the principal, while Rudi works as a janitor in the hallways. Marta, Marco and Eva's daughter, arrives from America. Soon the balance will change.
