Episode synopsis

A man helps a snake and is taken to the dragon god's palace, and the dragon god offers him anything he wants. He asks for water for his village. A white rat brings blessings to a man but his greedy neighbor steels it. A lazy man finds a tiny hermit in a pot. The lazier he is the more the hermit grows, until at last it fills the whole house. The narration and all character voices are provided by veteran Japanese film actors Akira Emoto and Yoneko Matsukane.
