About this season
Trading Spaces: Boys vs. Girls was a 2003 reality television series spin-off of the home redecorating series, Trading Spaces, hosted by Diane Mizota. During the fourth season, Chuck Cureau hosted seven episodes until the show ended in 2005. In each episode, two friends redecorate each other's bedrooms in themes relating to the others tastes or hobbies. Trading Spaces: Boys vs. Girls aired regularly on the Discovery Kids Channel until it became The Hub.

Trading Spaces: Boys vs. Girls hits the air with an awesome premiere on May 17! Alex, a 13-year-old aspiring actress, says her room needs more pizzazz. She doesn't want it to be so ""kid-like."" (Bye-bye, giraffes!) Jeremiah, meanwhile, thinks his room is too dark. Besides, his mom ""just did the whole thing."" Alex and Jeremiah have known each other since the first grade, but do they know each other well enough to help create the other's fantasy room?

This week's rooms belong to Kimmie and Jason, who've known each other for years. Kimmie is seriously into sports, especially soccer, and has a room full of trophies to show for it. On the girl's side, it's 11-year-old Danielle, who loves animals and nature, but has had enough of the flowers all over her bedroom.
