Episode synopsis
LONG and CHING try to carry out investigation separately in order to win the bet. LONG suggests luring the offender through participating in the TV show "Seconds to Fame". LONG meets his old friend CHOR CHOR at the TV station and they have a chat with each other happily. CHING witnesses the scene and she is jealous. In order to carry out investigation, the members of D.I.E. team become the contestants as well. BONG and SANG fight with each other because of CHI. CHING carries out investigation at the Costume Drama Street and she finds that WING HUNG treats the production crew badly. WING HUNG reveals to CHING that she doesn't know HIM well. FUNG and MEI WAN discover that KUEN and FEI have a habit of keeping newspaper clippings. They therefore suspect that they are the offenders. In order to please CHI, BONG and SANG walk around the TV station to look for the famous singer KA HEI for his autograph.… ...
About D.I.E. Again
Although D.I.E had been dissolved and the officers returned to their previous departments, their odd habits continue to follow them, resulting in many troubles for the police force. The senior staff decide to bring the D.I.E back, this time headed by Lo Sir, Yue Sir's former supervisor. Yue Sir and Jing Jing have a baby boy and Jing jing returns to work after trying to be a housewife to no avail. Initially working with the homicide unit again, she is still always chasing Dai-Hau-Ying, and after several incidents is sent back to D.I.E. Ying seems to have become less evil than before, but Jing jing continues to attempt arrest, much to the chagrin of her supervisors.
