Host David Bromstad travels back to his birth state to help the couple search for a mansion in the range of $2.5 million. He needs to find a treasure with an open floor plan, a big kitchen, up to 40 acres, 4 bedrooms and hopefully a big enough barn for Rhonda's hobby sport of agility training for German Shepherds.
