Episode synopsis
LOK YEUNG runs into her former co-worker MA TSUN-WAI, who mocks her for her dismissal after losing all her client's money, so LOK YEUNG decides to go to the Wudang Mountains, trying to convince her mother to close up the business of Siu Yiu Kui. Upon completion of the exercise, YEE-SHAN and her students return, and KA-KONG also comes back after going for a jog. Yet, YIK-HIN, SIU YUK and the others are still in bed, so MO KWA strikes a gong to wake everybody up. At the first lesson, YEE-SHAN gives a lecture on Tao Te Ching and explains its theory, following which she instructs them to practise Zhan Zhuang, which also refers to Stand-on-stake. CHING-WU feels resentful after being told to accompany YIK-HIN to attend the class. Outside of the train station at the Wudang Mountains, LOK YEUNG catches a glimpse of KAI-CHUNG, and cannot believe what she just saw.… ...

After a setback in life, former Hong Kong undercover detective Pau Kai Chung heads to the Wudang Mountains in Hubei, China to get away from life. At Wudang he reconnects with his former martial arts senior Mo Yee Shan, who now operates an inn and martial arts school in the Wudang Mountains. She also takes in a man named Ho Ching Tung with a mysterious past. Kai Chung takes up a job as a chef at Yee Shan's inn. All is peaceful until a group of martial art students lead by Yee Shan's daughter Lok Yeung arrives. Lok Yeung and Kai Chung had previously met in Hong Kong, their encounter in Wudang brings back painful memories for Kai Chung...
