Episode synopsis
Seeing that his business is expanding, KAM MING YUE loses interest in YUE LUNG’s rice shop, and since CHAN MUNG TAK has disappeared, he denies the marriage. The KAM family moves to the capital. Not only does CHUK CHEN TZE teaches CHAN how to speak, he gives him advice on life. However, he refuses to reveal his identity and how he becomes blind. On the way home, CHAN is kidnapped by the bandit woman, MADAM CHU, who then asks for reward from YUE LUNG. LUNG is delighted to reunite with his son. CHAN enroll in a private college and though he is clever, he is disliked by his teacher, LEE, who finds him mischievous. Among the students, LEE is fond of the village chief's son, CHAN KWUN VAT, who, though is average in intelligence, is honest and amiable.
