He was an acknowledged master in classical music, musical theater, blues, folk music, jazz, and popular music. He composed many songs for many well-known Iranian singers including Hayedeh, Googoosh, Mahasti, Dariush, Sattar, Ebi, Leila Forouhar and many others.
