These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cineflixo.com (the “Service”). By visiting or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CineFlixo is an independent, free, advertising-supported catalog of movies and web series from around the world. We provide title metadata, recommendations, lists and embedded references to third-party video providers. We do not host video files and we do not produce the content listed.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. Some titles in the catalog carry mature themes including violence, language, drug use and sexual content. By using the Service you represent that you meet the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who may access the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk without prior written consent.

Accounts are optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page or by writing to [email protected].

You retain ownership of comments you post but grant CineFlixo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store and moderate them in connection with the Service. We may remove comments that breach Section 3 without notice.

5. Third-Party Content & Links

Video playback is provided by independent third parties. We do not review, endorse or guarantee their content, availability, licensing or any advertising they may serve. Your interactions with third-party providers are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. CineFlixo is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party content.

6. Intellectual Property

The CineFlixo name, logo, design, code and editorial selections are the property of CineFlixo and protected by copyright and trademark law. Title artwork, posters and metadata remain the property of their respective rights holders and are presented for the purposes of identification, review and discovery.

Copyright owners may submit takedown notices through our DMCA process.

7. Content Disclaimer

The Service aggregates information from public sources including TMDB and editorial input. We make reasonable efforts to keep metadata accurate, but we make no representation that titles are available in your country, that links are working, or that descriptions and ratings are free of error. Use the Service at your discretion and verify availability with the relevant licensed streaming platform.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be free of errors or that defects will be corrected.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law) shall survive.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted at this URL with a “Last updated” date. Material changes will be announced on the home page for at least 14 days before taking effect. CineFlixo is operated as an international web service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by generally applicable principles of international internet law. Where a specific national or supranational law (such as the European Union General Data Protection Regulation or India's DPDP Act) grants you mandatory consumer rights, those rights apply notwithstanding this section.
