Episode synopsis
MA KING YEE pursued SZE HO, she met LAM JOE and KUEN. JOE brought her to find UNCLE NG for help. Unexpectedly, JOE was kidnapped. HONG KWAN saved him out from danger and MA KING YEE was shot to death. YAT TIN intended to deal in heroin business. He used a good amount of profit to make WAH BILL to be his partner. BILL could not resist again the temptation and joined in plotting treason. On the other hand, a singer in Chung Hing Lau, SIU YUK, was asked to entertain PEDDAR. PEDDAR had an intention of maltreatment, SIU YUK was beaten seriously. LOK didn't have any concrete evidence and could not restrain him by law. CHUM WAH and SIN MEI were being drawn into a conspiracy of drug trafficking. LOK investigated and found out that YAT TIN did it. He ordered HONG KWAN to exterminate all drug traffickers and told WAH BILL to leave for a moment……
About The Battle Among the Clans
The story begins with the Japanese occupation of Hong Kong coming to an end in 1945 and the remaining Japanese dying or leaving the territory. The British colonial government have yet to fully resume its duties. Citizens themselves are flushing out the remaining traitors one by one. Soon, multiple societies of different legions were formed within the HK underground. Each one tries to control the city in a time of very weak and corrupt governance.
