Episode synopsis
SAI supports CHEUNG to take up the leading role because of YAN’s advice. LING goes out with a tycoon, TAI, who restricts her activities a lot. WAN approaches YUNG more often. YING CHING is delighted to see CHUNG waiting outside the radio station with a bundle of flowers. However, the flowers are for MINNIE. She decides to split up with him after talking to FUNG. CHUNG asks her for some ‘splitting up fee’. SAI scolds him for doing that. SAI forces CHEUNG to expose himself more by attending the premiere of TONY’s new movie, but he cannot get close to TONY. MINNIE is teased by a few gangsters after the premiere. She tells the press that YING CHING has set her up. Many reporters follow YING CHING around.

In an unexpected incident, Bai Chuangshi (played by Bobby Au-Yeung) meets Gai Yingjing (played by Sheren Tang), the daughter of a famous figure in the film industry, Gai Lan. Due to some misunderstandings between them, they have quite an unpleasant encounter. Bai Chuangshi secretly harbors feelings for the tea restaurant owner, Gu Zhenqing (played by Power Chan Kwok-Pong), but he chooses to bury this sincere affection deep within his heart. Lan Guangchang (played by Michael Tse) is a children's program host who has always dreamed of becoming a movie star. However, given his current situation, it seems his dream is still a long way off. Gai Lan sees great potential in Lan Guangchang and signs a contract with him, promising to help him rise to stardom. Unfortunately, just after the contract is signed, Gai Lan unexpectedly passes away. Helpless, Lan Guangchang has no choice but to pin his hopes for success on Gai Yingjing.
