Episode synopsis
TING tears up the trousers of Ben and finally proves that Ben is not CHUNG. TING is dismissed; before she leaves the lawyer firm, she does not forget to remind LEO that a client HO PING is wandering nearby. By using tricks, NIN wants to buy MIU’s Shipping at a low price. Ben is suspicious about the lowering share price of MIU’s. PING vents out his anger and hits LEO fiercely because LEO has made application for divorce on behalf of his wife. TING gets injured in the rescue of LEO, who decides to re-employ TING and suggests that he will reverse the former judgment on TING. TING tactfully refuses. After visiting HA, TING comes to know why HA could not come to Taiwan and help look after her son. NIN appreciates the project done by YEE, but later when he knows that it was Ben who made the project, he blames Ben for abusing his authority……

Five years ago, Hong Kong citizen YAN TING (SO YUK WAH, LOUISA) was wrongly found guilty of murdering her husband LAU KAI CHUNG (WAN SIU LUN, DERIC) in Taiwan. TING is released and returns to Hong Kong. She still believes in justice and has faith in regaining what has been stripped from her. She is shocked when she meets a man BEN YUEN (also played by WAN SIU LUN, DERIC) who looks exactly like CHUNG. However, CHUNG was certified dead in Taiwan. TING is completely bewildered at BEN’s existence. The truth is slowly revealed. TING decides to strike back. BEN sets TING up for jail again. Fortunately, she meets a warm-hearted lawyer LEO LAW (LAM, BOWIE). LEO works hard on her case. His effort seems to have paid off when he digs further into the truth...
