Episode synopsis
HIN leaves for the exam only after JEW recovers from a cold. She impresses him by giving him a coat. JEW forces WAN to tell her where CHAN’s son is and finds out he died a long time ago. HING is shocked when GI runs away with SHANG and wants to file a lawsuit. FUNG stops her. BEON tricks POK and convinces him that he will get a big order from the government. BEON suspects that MONSIE still misses HIN and gets mad at her. MONA is bothered by wanderers and SHING cannot fight them off. Luckily, MONA’s cousin, MING, suddenly appears and helps them out. POK learns from SHING that another shop has got the government order. He interrogates BEON and finds out that it is his bad intention starting from the beginning. MING suggests running away with MONA again and bothers her. The family shop is in serious debt. There are problems with dyes and fabrics. The officials decide to close their shop and they are forced to move out of the house.

The Ching family is an affluent family that produces textiles for the royal family, the govt officials and the army during the Tang Dynasty. Circumstances force the Ching's 4th son, Ching Chi Hin to marry Dun Ju, the daughter of a Tibetan general. However, their relationship is marred by misunderstandings and hatred for each other. The two remain in a loveless marriage, with Dun Ju wanting to return to Tibet and Chi Hin nicknaming her "stupid pig" because her name Dun Ju pronunciation sounds the same as "stupid pig" in Chinese. One day she runs into Luk Dung Jaun, a Tibetan govt official on the streets of the Tang capital. He tells her he is on a secret mission and asks for her help, promising that he will take her back to Tibet once they have finished their mission. Their mission is to find the long-lost illegitimate son of the Tibetan Emperor. The clues to finding this person is a gold butterfly pendant, a piece of jade and a birthmark on the person's chest.
