Episode synopsis
The doctor tells PING that she is bearing a baby. PING knows that it is HUI's baby. She begs the doctor to keep the secret and she promises to sleep with HING. WONG KU CHI predicts the best chance for LIN to bear HING's baby. However HING leaves when he knows that PING has fainted. LIN is angry. When LIN learns from the doctor that PING is pregnant, she uses medicine to make PING have miscarriage. However she is stopped by MUI. Later VLIET is proven to have baby. To consolidate her role, SUET accepts WONG KU CHI's advice. She tells HING that she is having a baby too. HING is excited. YUK is jealous and she employs an evil person to curse them. PING gets wind OT this plan Tram TO and she uses the chance to avenge.
About Gentle Reflections
Based on the famous Chinese novel “Kam Ping Mui”, “Gentle Reflections” is about the love and hatred of three girls, Lin (Irene Wan), Yi (Kennix Kwok) and Mui (Yeung Ling). Lin was forced to marry Long (Liu Kai Chi). She was miserableand begged Chung (Tsang Wai Kuen) to take her away, but he refused. Lin was desperate and when Hing (Sinn Lap Man) came and seduced her, she was more than willing to kill Long and marry Hing. Yi loved Chung but due to misunderstanding, she married Hui instead. Hing lusted for Yi and killed Hui to get his hands on her. Yi then pretended to marry Hing in order to kill him for revenge. Lin and Yi competed for Hing’s attention and Lin’s maid Mui was involved…
