HO, KIT and TON are good friends. They all love sports and have great ambitions. HO works at a sports company as sales representative. He is always confident and proud of his outstanding performance on the track. His girlfriend is CHING. KIT is brought up in an unhappy family. His father is having another woman, and is thus always harsh to him and his mother. He regards sports as sacred. Both he and HO are good at running. TON is a part-time badminton instructor. He is the idol of many of his students, especially HO's younger sister.

KIT finally breaks up the relationship with his father. HO recommends him to work at his same sports company as sales representative. With HO's assistance, KIT picks up quickly and is doing well. Before long, he is recruited in the company's sports team. HO is promoted after he manages to invite a popular football star to make an advertisement for his company.
