the Network — Season 1, Episode 8: Ana Vegan D'Almeida
Documentary, Comedy • 30 min • 1 season, 13 episodes
Episode synopsis
The profound hypocrisy behind everything, or almost everything, that is trendy; the loud, aggressive and cowardly reaction of the masses; how the Network exposes the worst side of human nature. Ana "Vegan" D'Almeida is a well-known author. Juliano Marta Seixas is a well-known director. They were married. The first one doesn't eat meat. The second has a new movie coming out that has nothing to do with his ex-wife. Both statements are lies, just like the indulgent copy-pasted text for fans, Mestre Zucco's commandments or the headlines of Juliano's film. Our narratives are repeated until exhaustion, until a break in the mesh, and in the Network.
About the Network
the Network will take care of the television. Log in and take control. Discover, in awe, the chaos where everything fits; and end up looking, desperately looking. It wants to put us in the mirror. Faced with our obsession. Of the absurd, occasionally visited by moments of salvation. A cyber-series between fiction and documentary about communication in the network age. May "the Network" be with you.
