The Stolen Codes
The country is in great danger since a terrorist group decides to steal the Nuclear Missile Codes from India.
A Tragic Twist
The codes can be accessed only through Neel's retina. Mahopatra, an MLA is involved in this deal. Meanwhile Neel's dead body has to be delivered to Samarullah (commander Hafizullah's brother) for the exchange of the codes. Shrikant takes the task at hand and the SOT tries to stop the deal. In a Shoot-out Jasmine and Zain are taken down, Samarullah get's gravely injured. The codes are in safe hands?
The Scam
SOT comes to know that Samarullah has gone into a coma. Meanwhile, Mahopatra informs Hafizullah about Samarullah. Kiran Gandhi gets arrested for a bank fraud. Shrikant gets appointed as SOT's new interim chief. Kiran Gandhi exposes Jignesh Parekh in the court about the fraud. Jignesh Parker hires Parker, an international criminal to murder the Gandhi Brothers. While rescuing Jayesh Gandhi the SOT and Parker have a face-off. But a new twist awaits the SOT.

Parker's henchman Roy has successfully abducted Jayesh Gandhi. During the chase, the SOT captures Parker. Bank Manager Ramakant is worried about Jayesh Gandhi's statement in court while Jignesh Parekh is not affected at all. Meanwhile Carla decides to surprise Shrikant at his flat. Parker smartly manages to escape the SOT office, and while he is on the run, he shoots Raveena. Has the SOT lost one of their core members? Will Jayesh Gandhi be able to give his statement?

Parker goes straight to his warehouse where Jayesh Gandhi is a hostage and then shot dead by Parker. In the hospital, his daughter Meenal hands a pen-drive to Shrikant with all the information of the bank fraud. Meanwhile Jignesh Parekh hires a hacker, Titan to hack Markand Cooperative Bank. Has the case not been solved yet? Will SOT be able to track the hacker and Jignesh Parekh?
The Trojan Horse
The SOT has now shifted their focus to the Markand CooperativeBank where Lavesh Sahni bank IT Head gives them the details about the ransomware. Unfortunately Lavesh's family is captured by Roy and his men. Shrikant and Mahopatra make a deal to free Samurallah before the interrogation. SOT rescues Lavesh's family. Shrikant proves his intelligence yet again by getting Ramakant and Jignesh arrested. Although, Parker is still free and plotting his next mission. How Shrikant Bashir will get catch hold of Parker?
Evil: The Genesis
Dr. Sajeev Mahajan and his assistants Murli and Sridhar creates an antidote of Ebola virus. But his assistants betray him and steal the antidotes for Narang. Who then signs a deal with Rohit Kaura (owner of Aarkay Pharamaceuticals). Dr Sukheja, Kaura's R&D Head is the only man to carry the antidote in his body. Meanwhile, the Commander Hafizuallah and Parker have made a deal to spread the virus in India. Can the SOT trace them ? Or will it be too late ?
A Sting Operation
Parker and Hafizullah question Murli and Sridhar regarding the antidote and shoot them knowing that it can be made again and SOT is unable to track them. Meanwhile Bashir and Madan are into a sting operation against Shrikant. Shrikant gets a tragic call, while Sukheja has arrived in Mumbai. Much to our surprise, a cross deal takes place between Narang and Parker to spread the virus.
