Episode synopsis

The Blade Company held a retirement ceremony as everyone watched the veterans board the departing vehicles. Wang Xianming waved tearfully at Hou Jidong and Chen Haofeng, who smiled back and waved in return. Yi Zimeng sat with Xia Zhuo and Lin Anbang, lost in thought. Ouyang Jun approached and handed them a letter—a collective report from all the veterans to the brigade party committee, recommending several individuals for Party membership. Under the vibrant Party flag, the four solemnly took their oath, becoming proud members of the Communist Party. Lang Yongcheng returned, and everyone went to the gate to greet him. Lang Yongcheng wore sunglasses and appeared calm, but he didn't notice Xia Zhuo, which caused everyone great concern.
