About Donkey Hodie
Donkey Hodie is an American puppet live-action musical children's television series created by David and Adam Rudman for PBS Kids, aimed at preschoolers aged 3 to 5. Inspired by characters created by Fred Rogers, the series premiered on May 3, 2021, and is the second spin-off of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood after Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood. The show is set in the land of Someplace Else, just north of the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, where the eponymous character, Donkey Hodie solves problems throughout her day with the help of her friends. Each episode typically features two 11-minute segments, focusing on a specific vocabulary word and problem-solving, often involving themes of feelings, fairness, and perseverance.
