Guided by Taco Scholar Bill Esparza, Andy and Jesus Trejo eat their way through some of L.A.'s best and most iconic tacos—including carnitas from Carnitas El Momo, birria from Tacos y Birria La Unica, and seafood tacos from Mariscos Jalisco.
