Episode synopsis

A man in Washington State tries to solve a long running property-line dispute by destroying his neighbor's building. When a Fourth of July fireworks celebration goes bad, a whole neighborhood has to run for cover. A brave Californian teenager leaps into action to protect her property and a father in Massachusetts finds a new way to lay down the law on his daughter's date.
