Episode synopsis

A woman films a shocking altercation between her neighbors in their apartment building parking lot which ends in some truly dangerous driving. Then, the stories of a nurse who saved her neighbor's life and a giant firework explosion that rocked an entire neighborhood. Finally, in Pocatello, Idaho the harrowing tale of a young couple's violent neighbor who smashed his way into their apartment with a machete.
