Episode synopsis

The residents of one Houston block cower behind locked doors as their terrifying new neighbor--a Bengal tiger--makes a surprise appearance on their front lawns. Then, two New England neighbors put on a potty-mouthed pantomime in the middle of their street. A man looks on in disbelief as his neighbor performs a death-defying rescue attempt on a high-rise ledge. And finally, a couple catch a young neighbor breaking into their car and then deliver a heartfelt life-lesson on what it truly means to respect your neighbors and yourself.
