Episode synopsis

In Salt Lake City, a young woman wakes up to find her next-door neighbor has vandalized her car. When a porch pirate tries to purloin a package, she gets nabbed by the nanny. A Good Samaritan tries to rescue a neighbor who is left hanging from the roof, and in Los Angeles, a food delivery man has to deal with a customer's nasty neighbor.
