Episode synopsis

Matt and Helen hope to attract wedding parties by converting their orangery into a reception venue, putting pressure on Matt's DIY skills. Sarah and George begin to convert their cellars into a tasting venue and even find time to learn some cocktail making tips at a local distillery, while Ben and Billie's ballroom restoration gets under way.
