Episode synopsis
LUNG and CHANG are doing two experiments respectively – LUNG is making a copper wire to see if it is possible to generate electricity from lightning flashes while CHANG is looking into the likelihood of turning sulphur into sulphuric acid. JING is encouraged by SZE and is getting more and more eager to introduce political reforms. LUI does not support him, nevertheless, making him very upset. JING and a eunuch get out of the Palace to chill out, during which they have a quibble with YUNG. YUNG has put some clothes on sale in a shop but she finds that the clothes pattern has been amended without her permission. She is very angry and goes to argue with the shop owner. She cannot get back what she wants after all. JING is willing to from a business partnership with YUNG and the two of them are planning to run a shop, which makes JUN so jealous. About A Step Into The Past
A Step into the Past is a 2001 Hong Kong television series produced by TVB and based on Huang Yi's novel of the same Chinese title. The series tells the story of a 21st-century Hong Kong VIPPU officer who travels back in time to the Warring States period of ancient China. He is involved in a number of important historical events that leads to the first unification of China under the Qin Dynasty. The series' first original broadcast ran from 15 October to 7 December 2001 on the TVB Jade network in Hong Kong.
