Episode synopsis
Mrs. Crocker searches for William Pevey, the only ghost who knows of existence, power and plans. Meanwhile Tessa Oliver searches for Mrs. Crocker, but is captured while snooping by De Sniff. William and Roddy Oliver manage to trace Tessa's movements and rescue her only to be cornered by the villains in a room with the jars containing all of Mrs. Crocker's captive ghosts.

Roddy and Tessa Oliver, two ordinary children have their lives are turned upside down when William Povey, a shoeshine boy from Victorian England appears in Roddy's bedroom as a ghost and appeals to him for help.
