Episode synopsis

YAT appreciates MEI’s performance in the dumpling contest very much and he invites her to be the presenter in an upcoming food programme. MEI’s ex-headmaster asks her to design a healthy lunchbox for the school since many of the students are picky eaters. MEI accepts the invitation but she passes the task to WO. LAI asks another presenter to take MEI’s role while YAT is on vacation. MEI is depressed and she drinks heavily at Ichigo Ichie restaurant. SHAU is heart-broken for her… MEI continues to work hard on designing the healthy lunchbox for students. WO meets a boy KA LOK who just lost his father and he suddenly gets inspiration from him. He suggests that they should encourage the students to design their own healthy lunchbox. MEI forces the TV producer to take video for them without informing LAI. During the video shooting, LAI suddenly arrives to stop them. While fighting with MEI, LAI reveals her past to everybody…

About Wasabi Mon Amour

Wasabi Mon Amour is a TVB modern drama series broadcast in January 2008. Japanese cuisine chef Chung Lai-Wo (Michael Tao) has long been in love with his childhood friend Ko Yau-Mei (Louisa So), who is always interested in pursuing a career in showbiz. To realize her dream, Wo lies to the press and refers to Mei as "a most talented chef of the time". With Wo's help, Mei has finally landed a job as the host of a food program. As Mei is completely clueless about cooking, Wo decides to do her a favor by offering to be her assistant, which irritates his mentor Ko Shau (Paul Chun), also father of Mei, beyond measure. Although the food program turns out to be very popular, Mei often gets picked on by her half sister Ko Yim-Lai (Bernice Liu) while at work. Lai is angry with Shau for being bad to her mother and she means to make things difficult for Mei as revenge.
