Episode synopsis
Aaishri tells Laxmibai that she should perform the ceremonial ritual in the kitchen and does not let her send her message to Gangadhar. Sakhubai gives Fraser money and tells him to ask Sleeman to decrease the time period that Gangadhar has been given to pay his taxes. Laxmibai makes a unique gift for Gangadhar to express her thanks to him. She shoots an arrow on the tree to indicate that she wants to meet him but Gangadhar misses to see it. Aaishri tells Gangadhar that she is pleased with his verdict. Aaishri indirectly tries to tell Gangadhar that Laxmibai is not listening to her. Laxmibai brings her gift to Gangadhar. Gangadhar gets angry with her for not following the ways of a Queen. Aaishri pretends to take Laxmibais side. Gangadhar scolds Laxmibai and she drops her gift. She goes back to her room. Aaishri tells Laxmibai that she has yet to understand Gangadhars nature. Laxmibai promises her that she will definitely win over Gangadhars love.

Ek Veer Stree Ki Kahaani... Jhansi Ki Rani is an Indian historical drama based on the life of Lakshmi Bai, the Rani of Jhansi, one of the leading figures of the Indian Rebellion of 1857. The series was directed by Jitendra Srivastava and written by Rajesh Saksham, Ila Dutta Bedi, Malavika Asthana and Mairaj Zaidi. It premiered on 18 August 2009 on Zee TV with Ulka Gupta playing Queen Lakshmi Bai. On 8 June 2010 the story moved on several years and Kratika Sengar portrayed the Queen from there on. The show's last episode went to air on 19 June 2011.
