Episode synopsis
Sakhubai and Jankibai make the offerings. An explosion ensues and they get burnt. Gangadhar thanks her for saving their lives once again. However, the king is worried about the mounting conspiracies against him. Indu is stunned to see two identical people. Laxmibai explains to her how Motibai had helped her go to the Ganesha temple, and how she had replaced Jhalkari to reach the ceremony. Jhalkari thanks Laxmibai and promises her that she is willing to do anything for her. Moropant too is happy to see his daughter back. A delighted Prachi informs Indu that she will celebrate her birthday with great splendour the next day. Laxmibai tells Gangadhar that untoward incidents in Jhansi have increased from the time Marshall has assumed office. Laxmibai goes to Sakhubai and Jankibai to warn them that if they ever think of harming Gangadhar again, then she would kill them. Aaishri overhears.

Ek Veer Stree Ki Kahaani... Jhansi Ki Rani is an Indian historical drama based on the life of Lakshmi Bai, the Rani of Jhansi, one of the leading figures of the Indian Rebellion of 1857. The series was directed by Jitendra Srivastava and written by Rajesh Saksham, Ila Dutta Bedi, Malavika Asthana and Mairaj Zaidi. It premiered on 18 August 2009 on Zee TV with Ulka Gupta playing Queen Lakshmi Bai. On 8 June 2010 the story moved on several years and Kratika Sengar portrayed the Queen from there on. The show's last episode went to air on 19 June 2011.
