Episode synopsis
Gangadhar refuses to conduct any proceedings in court for the day and warns everyone not to take Laxmibai's name. Spears tells his men that Marshall's death has made their job much easier because Indians would have now realised the consequence of challenging the British. Moropant and Tatya Guru are worried when they fail to find Laxmibai. He advises Moropant to stay back in Jhansi to keep an eye on the conspirators. Meanwhile, a group of ascetics find Laxmibai in an unconscious state in a jungle. Spears, who is also in the same jungle, is unable to see Laxmibai getting inside the bullock cart. When Spears confronts Acharya, he calls them thieves and orders them to leave Jhansi. Acharya replies that they will move out of Jhansi only if Gangadhar Rao orders them to leave as he is the king. An infuriated Spears is about to whip Acharya when Tatya Guru stops him. Tatya Guru reminds Spears he has no right to order anyone to leave Jhansi.
