Episode synopsis

Just when Sunder is about to reveal more, Aaishri takes her away and orders the guards to arrest Sunder. Meanwhile, Laxmibai is delighted to watch Acharya and his men practice sword fighting at the camp. Seeing the passion in her voice for her motherland, Acharya promises to teach Laxmibai sword fighting but Shraddha stops him. Acharya encourages Shraddha also to learn for self-defence but she refuses saying that he would always be there to protect her. Gangadhar is unable to forget Laxmibai, and by mistake calls Motibai by her name. Acharya seeks to meet Gangadhar but Raghunath says that he cannot because there would be no proceedings for the day. The palace guards say that after the queen has left, the king has gone back to his merry-making days. On the other hand, Spears and his men order Acharya's people to leave the camp but Acharya's boys rebel. The British officers thrash them badly. Spears then spots Shraddha and tries to rape her. However, he gets shocked to see Kranti Guru

Ek Veer Stree Ki Kahaani... Jhansi Ki Rani is an Indian historical drama based on the life of Lakshmi Bai, the Rani of Jhansi, one of the leading figures of the Indian Rebellion of 1857. The series was directed by Jitendra Srivastava and written by Rajesh Saksham, Ila Dutta Bedi, Malavika Asthana and Mairaj Zaidi. It premiered on 18 August 2009 on Zee TV with Ulka Gupta playing Queen Lakshmi Bai. On 8 June 2010 the story moved on several years and Kratika Sengar portrayed the Queen from there on. The show's last episode went to air on 19 June 2011.
