Episode synopsis
Jankibai offers Daima wealth to keep her mouth shut. Daima refuses to be party to Jankibai's crimes. Jankibai threatens to harm Ganga if she does not comply. Daima gets angry and slaps Jankibai. But Daima dares not speak before Gangadhar. Gangadhar is very upset that Laxmibai is not well. Ganga walks in Laxmibai's room. Gangadhar gets furious at her. Ganga gets nervous and accidentally breaks the statue of Laxmibai made by Gangadhar. Jankibai locks up Daima in the dungeon and threatens to ruin Ganga if she ever tries to speak the truth. Gangadhar gets angry on Ganga again when she disrupts his archery practice. Ganga pleads to Gangadhar that she is not worthy of becoming his queen. She begs Gangadhar not to marry her. Gangadhar tells Ganga that she can never take Laxmibai's place. Laxmibai is pleased to see Gangadhar and Ganga talk to each other.

Ek Veer Stree Ki Kahaani... Jhansi Ki Rani is an Indian historical drama based on the life of Lakshmi Bai, the Rani of Jhansi, one of the leading figures of the Indian Rebellion of 1857. The series was directed by Jitendra Srivastava and written by Rajesh Saksham, Ila Dutta Bedi, Malavika Asthana and Mairaj Zaidi. It premiered on 18 August 2009 on Zee TV with Ulka Gupta playing Queen Lakshmi Bai. On 8 June 2010 the story moved on several years and Kratika Sengar portrayed the Queen from there on. The show's last episode went to air on 19 June 2011.
