Episode synopsis
Holly Willoughby and Freddie Flintoff introduce live action from the Lee Valley VeloPark where Alex Scott is trackside for coverage of night four of the contest. The competition is reaching it's climax as 12 celebrities take on the sporting challenge of a lifetime. Tonight's action sees the women take on the keirin race, while the men go wheel to wheel in the elimination race. Also includes coverage of the women's speed climbing event
About The Games
12 familiar faces have undergone weeks of intensive training ready to go head-to-head in a range of sporting challenges, across a week of live shows amidst fierce competition. All have been pulled out of their comfort zones to be coached as athletes, swimmers and cyclists, to compete in the hope of coming top of the medals table and being crowned the winner of the competition.
