When Blooter, Patty, and Bobby are delivering a large chest to Cap, it falls in the water. Patty blames herself for the mishap. They use a giant magnet to lift it out of the water, only to discover that Cap wanted it in the water as a surprise for his old seal friend Slinky Pete.
