With their help Ziggy discovers what kind of hoop you need for basketball, that you dribble with the ball and not your mouth, and that if you keep practising, anything is possible. Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic as he introduces his latest exercise of the day, the basketball jump. Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody present the latest headlines from LazyTown news. Stephanie and her friends show how to dance. Stingy wants to build a basketball stadium, and Pixel challenges Sportacus to do a basketball shot.
