Bahar confronts Timur and Rengin. After this big confrontation, she gets involved in the hospital's volunteer work while planning the steps she will take for her new life. All members of the Peran Foundation Hospital set off for volunteer work in Şavklı Village. One day in the village brings big surprises for everyone. Rengin, who cannot handle Timur's desire to reconcile with Bahar, has other plans for Bahar!
