Timur and Rengin are approaching the inevitable end. Timur comes to the point of confessing everything to Bahar. Therefore, Rengin finds herself on the brink of new and big decisions. Bahar's health condition worsens in the predicament of the doubt she is experiencing. Her close circle rolls up their sleeves to support Bahar. A new patient diagnosed with organ failure arouses very familiar feelings in Bahar. Helping this patient becomes a personal matter for Bahar.
