Episode synopsis
Lev is worried about Nadya; she visited Max in the pretrial detention center and still hasn't returned home. An unknown assailant nearly hits Nadya with his car. She believes the arsonist is behind the attack. Novikov asks Nadya not to get involved in police work. Meanwhile, Nadya is in despair, and her relationship with Max is crumbling.

Nadezhda is basking in happiness, as she is with her loved ones: her son Kostya and Max, with whom she plans to marry soon. But new trials await, as Max is accused of a serious crime.
