Episode synopsis
This time he meets two Yorkshire couples who want to move to different sides of the county. Jimmy and Pauline Spencer want to swap their traditional cottage in Shipley, West Yorkshire for a house nearer the east coast from which to enjoy their retirement. Mike and Sue Housley have nearly finished building their Spanish-style villa on Yorkshire's east coast in Skipsea and want to swap it for a house near the inland waterways so that Mike can have a canal boat. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations, will they decide to swap homes for good?
