Kristian Digby sets out to find the perfect house swap for Liz Platts whose passion for collecting antiques means that she has outgrown her two bedroom 1920's semi detached house in Syston in Leicestershire and is looking to swap it permanently for a bigger property in the same area. Jon and Lynne O'Brien's children have flown the nest so they're looking for a change and want to swap their three bedroom detached cottage eleven miles away in Melton Mowbray for something the same size but cheaper. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations will they decide to swap homes for good?
