The Boss, Koji, and Bunta go to the Boss Borot to begin their counterattack of the Vegan attack on them but will face some technical difficulties. Grendizer gets into some trouble while trying to help them but the Boss Borot will help Grendizer in the funniest way but will lose his Boss Spazer.
