Episode synopsis

Alarmed by Alba's fall into the river, Leonel rushes to rescue her, hoping to see her alive. After saving her, the farmer leaves her at the church without telling her that he was her greatest hero. Before Julia's fake funeral, Leonel has a powerful encounter with his sister Atocha, who shows him the same cruel expression as their father. However, he warns her that he will not follow in their footsteps. Having taken refuge in a convent after the disappointment she experienced and after the argument with her grandmother and brother, Alba is impatient to know who saved her from drowning in the river. Given the debts she owed Leonel, Covadonga asks for an extension to settle them. During the conversation, she doesn't hide her doubts about Julia's sudden death.

About Amanecer

The telenovela revolves around Leonel Carranza (Fernando Colunga), a man who lives in Villa Escarlata and owns the Montoro estate. His routine changes completely when his wife and best friend disappear together, leaving him so angry and disillusioned that he thinks they're dead, which could have serious consequences for him in the future.
